Barbara Lloyd began her career in commercial real estate in 1997 prior to graduating from Arizona State University in 1999.  Barbara spent four years with the Omni Group of Companies specializing in office and industrial leasing and sales.  She expanded her career with Prudential CRES Commerical Real Estate acheiving the Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award in 2007. Over the years, Barbara has become a market expert in office  sales, leasing and site selection in the Phoenix metropolitan area and has closed over $100 million dollars in transactions.  Barbara offers a high degree of integrity and reliablity to her transactions.  Her role at NAI is to offer Seller’s and Buyers of Investment Property the market knowledge and strategies to complete a successful transaction during these complex times.
