Motorola Inc.’s former campus in Chandler has several keys that could help unlock that city’s future as a major solar and tech development hub, particularly along the Price Road corridor.Motorola sold the 152-acre campus to
Capital Commercial Investments Inc. of Texas this week for $18.5 million. Chandler’s economic development office spent the early part of the week putting together a target list of businesses that might be able to make a home there.
“It’s the one site where you can do some really, really great stuff,” said Chandler Economic Development Director Christine Mackay.
